David covers each wedding as a unique event, intent on capturing the story of your day as it unfolds. Most of the time he shoots unobtrusively, capturing the moment as it happens, so you get a faithful and true record of your day. He normally starts at the Brides house to capture some final preparation shots and then follows the day through until you sit down to eat at the reception. He also shoots some posed shots of the families and bridal groups, quickly and without fuss so everyone can get back to enjoying the day! 

Depending on requirements he will spend 30-40 minutes with the Bride and Groom to shoot their ‘special moments` for which he is renowned. These are the beautiful contemporary images captured at the location of your choice and which become the ‘must have` shots in your wedding album.

David has built his reputation on the quality of his photography and his easygoing personality. This quality extends to the album process where each album is individually designed using the very latest computer technology. All albums are handcrafted in Australia using the finest leathers, woods or metals to give you a unique record of your day – they are one-offs, and are true works of art in themselves.

Working from his studio at 2 Church Street, Ballymena , David is happy to welcome you, show his sample albums and discuss your requirements for your big day. Office hours are 10.00am to 6.00pm with evening appointments on Thursdays and Fridays.
